Your First Rolf Session Appointment

"I am a 57 year old healthy woman and have been dealing with repercussions of an old neck injury (at age 20) and a mild case of scoliosis for many years. Although I have exercised regularly all my life, I eat well and work diligently to minimize stress levels, the neck pain has prevailed. I have been diagnosed with 2 budging discs at C 5-6 and now, in my 50's, degenerative disc disease as well.

I have tried many alternative paths throughout my life to help cope with periodic pain. Some have worked better than others but within a few days or weeks, the pain generally returned.

After discussing the philosophy and practice of Rolfing with Chad, I committed to a series of 10 sessions. Through the months that ensued, I found Chad to be a knowledgeable and experienced healer and practioner.

My body responded well to my sessions with Chad and I have been virtually pain free for the past six months. I am thrilled!"

What to Expect During your Session

Most sessions last 1 to 1.5 hours.

The typical attire for men is underwear, swim trunks, or exercise shorts. The typical attire for women is sports bra and exercise shorts, underwear, or swimsuits. It's very important for you to feel absolutely comfortable during your session, so please choose to wear whatever is appropriate for you.

The fee per session is $100.00, payable by cash, check or Paypal.
